Through the Academic Mentoring Programme, students receive regular guidance from assigned teachers who monitor their academic performance, goal setting, well-being, and overall development. Mentors work closely with students to help them build effective study habits, overcome challenges, make informed academic decisions, and stay focused on their future aspirations.

The Peer Support Programme encourages students to learn collaboratively by connecting them with capable peers who can provide academic assistance, study strategies, and subject-specific support. This collaborative approach not only strengthens understanding and achievement but also promotes leadership, responsibility, and a strong sense of community among students.

The JET Summer Jobs Programme is a unique work-experience initiative designed for selected High School students who demonstrate responsibility, commitment, and a willingness to learn. During the summer break, students are given the opportunity to work alongside school staff and gain firsthand experience in a professional environment while contributing to the day-to-day operations of Jet International School.

Participants may be assigned to a variety of departments and responsibilities, including library assistance, records and document management, administrative support, maintenance and facility improvement projects, inventory organization, classroom preparation, event support, and other operational tasks throughout the school. Through these experiences, students gain practical exposure to workplace expectations, professional conduct, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills.

The programme is designed not only to provide meaningful summer engagement but also to help students develop essential employability skills that will benefit them in university, internships, and future careers. Students learn the value of responsibility, initiative, communication, and service while working under the guidance and mentorship of experienced school personnel.

Beyond acquiring practical skills, participants develop a deeper appreciation for the many individuals and departments that contribute to the successful operation of a school.
